BoHeo is a family owned and operated business. Our founder, Chau, has always loved good food and is always crafting new ideas to evolve and elevate his favorite dishes. He would throw parties and gatherings at home just to have excuses to make and share his creations. Over time, his fascination eventually morphed into passion as he began venturing into catering. When his chili oil became so popular, he started selling jars of his own brand: BoHeo ChiliSmack. 

 

Pho has always been a tradition and a comfort meal for Vietnamese Americans. After countless cooks, trials, and experiences, Chau was ready to share his 24-hour bone broth pho. Family, friends and neighbors described it as distinct, rich and deep with flavor.  They started to crave and request his broth, juicy briskets, and meats. Some time later, BoHeo Pho Kitchen finally opens to the public. Everyday, Chau continues to develop new ideas and recipes and keeps everyone coming back for more. BoHeo Pho Kitchen, much like our home kitchen, invites you to come join us at the table and experience first-hand, all the flavors and delight.
